The organizers in BVHP have cancelled this action due to ongoing health risks posed by the fires. This only underscores the intersecting crises we face in a warming world.


PROTEST TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2020

11 am Meet at MLK/Bay View Park (3rd & Carroll)
Stage cars at Carrol Ave & Keith St
Rally @ MLK Park starting 11:30 am
Group Photo Op at 12:20 at MLK Park
CAR & BIKE CARAVAN to SHIPYARD & CITY HALL (~5 miles), leaves 12:30 pm
Rally (in cars or out) at City Hall 1:30 pm

Tell Mayor Breed & Board of Supervisors: Stop Environmental Racism, Pollution and Displacement!

  • Clean up radioactive & toxic waste at Hunters Point Shipyard Superfund Site & other contaminated sites in our community!
  • Stop Upscale Developments that would pollute & displace people of color!
