🚨 Be Informed: Bell Works Data Center Community Meeting

A community information meeting about the proposed 40-megawatt data center at Bell Works will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 7:30 PM.

We are only beginning to understand the potential impacts of large-scale data centers on our communities.

They can require massive amounts of electricity, increasing demand on the grid and resulting in further electric rate hikes. Depending on the cooling system, they can also consume significant amounts of water or generate a constant low-frequency hum from cooling equipment.

Holmdel residents deserve to know what is being proposed - and how it could affect our community.
