Join the Carlmont High School Transportation Club and local bicycle advocates on a roughly 5.5-mile bike ride between San Carlos and Belmont to increase awareness of the importance of safe cycling routes for students to get to and from school.
The exact route can be found at https://ridewithgps.com/routes/56737094. We will ride slowly so that the group can stay together, ensuring safety. While we will not teach you how to ride a bike, you do not have to be an experienced rider to join! Please bring your own bike, and e-motos are not allowed.
If you can't make it for the bike ride but are still interested in learning more about the fight for safe routes to school, you can join us at the Belmont library at the end. You may leave the ride at any point. RSVPing is encouraged but not required!
