📚 Well think again, the next Big Green Book club will look at the processes around producing and consuming goods in the economy from a leftist perspective. The perfect way to celebrate the onset of winter and our newest MP? 🌳

We will look at the book "A History of the World in Seven Cheap Things" by Raj Patel and Jason W. Moore which examines the development of capitalism and the Anthropocene through the lens of seven “cheap things” that have been undervalued to maintain the capitalist system then discuss this at the E3 Vegan restaurant over a three course meal and drinks. The idea is to buy/borrow the book, read it over the next two months and then meet to discuss the ideas over pleasant company and delicious food.
