The Tikkun Project’s BIPOC listening circle is an on-going, peer-led, group mental health space for people of color to come together in solidarity and healing. The circles provide a safe space for members of the community to come together and share their lived experiences. Being non-white in a racist society is activating on a daily or even hourly basis. Perhaps even worse is the fact that Whiteness denies the ways that it’s activating and tries to gaslight us into doubting our own experiences. We prioritize creating a safe and welcoming environment for people with a diversity of experiences, neurodivergences, and mental health issues.

This space is one of community exploration and collective sharing. It is a space that believes answers to Big Questions are deeply personal, and that You are the expert on your own experiences and feelings.
