Two of our leaders, Destiny and Trenah, recently attended the Latine Challenge on Racial Justice Workshop in Cleveland and want to share their learnings with us!

The workshop invited participants to engage in a profound examination of how racism can disempower individuals of Latinx backgrounds, impacting both personal well-being and community development.

It also emphasized the role of racism in dividing Latinos from African-Americans, which erodes cross-racial solidarity essential for achieving racial equity and fortifying our ever-growing, multi-racial, multi-cultural, and multi-generational movement for social transformation.
