Join the DCI Staff Union in attending the Board of Trustees meeting on Thursday, May 15th. For the past year, we have been negotiating our first collective bargaining agreement. However, we continue to face serious challenges at the table. Many of our proposals, especially around equitable salary scales, staff retention, and due process protections, remain unresolved. Meanwhile, DCI has experienced significant turnover, with 87 staff members leaving over the past 18 months.
