Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction of property. This protest is a lawful exercise of our right to peaceful assembly.

We will be gathering on the public sidewalk outside the Tesla showroom at:

Please stay on public property (sidewalks and public easements) and DO NOT enter the dealership or block driveways or access points. This ensures our protest remains lawful, visible, and safe.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A peaceful, lawful protest

  • Signs, chants, and collective power

  • No tolerance for violence or unlawful conduct

  • DO NOT behave unlawfully

  • DO NOT be violent

  • DO NOT damage property

  • DO NOT harass employees, police, or the public

  • DO NOT engage with counter-protesters or agitators

We will have designated organizers on-site to help de-escalate and liaise if needed. If someone is trying to provoke you, please walk away and notify an organizer or police.

  • Bring signs! Keep them peaceful, clear, and creative. Humor and righteous rage? Yes.
    Anything that could get you arrested or be interpreted as a threat? Hard pass.

  • If you’re unsure whether your sign could draw unwanted legal attention, ask an organizer or err on the side of caution.

  • There will likely be media and livestreamers. If you don’t want to be filmed, position yourself accordingly or speak to an organizer.

  • Masks, sunglasses, hats, etc. are 100% valid if you want to protect your identity.
