On Tuesday, August 19, AAPI FORCE-EF will host a candlelight vigil outside the US Citizen and Immigration Services Sacramento Field Office to bring attention to ICE terror against Asian American immigrant and refugee communities.

Asian American immigrants and refugees are being targeted with less visible, smaller raids in garment and fashion wholesale shops, shopping centers, massage parlors, nail salons, nightclubs, restaurants and grocery stores across California. ICE has quietly arrested our loved ones at workplaces, airports, courthouses and during routine check-ins with immigration authorities.  

ICE is abducting our loved ones, tearing our families apart, and violating our human rights.

Join AAPI community members, organizers, and legislators at this vigil to express grief and rage at the violence that beloved community members across California are facing under ICE terror. We rise in solidarity with everyday people who are protecting their neighbors, coworkers, and community members against ICE. Bring candles, flowers, and other offerings to contribute to our community altar.
