Head over to the 10th Avenue entrance to Cheesman Park on Thursday, September 22nd at 5:30pm for YIMBY Denver's first ever walking tour! We'll highlight all the wonderful housing diversity that exists within the Capitol Hill neighborhood --which is illegal to build in most of Denver today! From duplexes to high rises, quadplexes to row homes, and subdivided-mansions to ADUs, there's a little of everything. The tour will set off at 6pm, cover about 1.5 miles, and end at The Deck, which has a bar to host a social.
