Join us for a special webinar on California's Cap & Trade program. Our expert speakers will explain the program and the respective roles of the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the state legislature.

If you’re brand new to Cap & Trade or a student of carbon pricing and market-based emissions reduction programs, this webinar is for you. Come and bring your questions!

Jonathan Marshall, former Economics Editor of the San Francisco Chronicle and National Economics Policy Coordinator for Citizens’ Climate Lobby, has published widely on carbon pricing. The second edition of his Carbon Pricing: Why We Need It, How It’s Working, and How to Build Support was released this past January.
Will Brieger, a Climate Action California board member, is an environmental attorney who has worked for most of his career as an environmental prosecutor in the California Attorney General’s office. He subsequently spent a decade as a lawyer at CARB, where he worked on climate regulations and enforcement.

Use this form to register for the webinar and submit questions in advance.

The event will be recorded, and we'll send a link to the recording to everyone who registers, after the event.
