The second edition of his Carbon Pricing: Why We Need It, How It’s Working, and How to Build Support was released this past January.

Will Brieger, a Climate Action California board member, is an environmental attorney who has worked for most of his career as an environmental prosecutor in the California Attorney General’s office. He subsequently spent a decade as a lawyer at CARB, where he worked on climate regulations and enforcement.
