Del’Inkka Beaudion is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and cultural leader dedicated to strengthening and uplifting communities through service, education, and economic empowerment. As the owner of Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen, she has spent more than a decade creating spaces that bring people together through food, culture, and meaningful connection.

Del’Inkka is actively involved in numerous community initiatives and nonprofit efforts throughout the region, with a passion for ensuring that underserved voices are represented and celebrated. She has helped lead programs focused on community engagement, family support, cultural awareness, and economic opportunity.

As an organizer of Juneteenth Sioux Falls, Del’Inkka works to create meaningful opportunities for education, celebration, and reflection on the significance of freedom, resilience, and Black history. Through this work, she helps foster dialogue, build partnerships, and connect resources that strengthen the broader community.

Her leadership is guided by a commitment to service, collaboration, and creating lasting impact for future generations.

In this session, Del’Inkka will discuss the importance of Juneteenth, building stronger communities, and creating opportunities for connection, education, and engagement across Sioux Falls.
