This conference is about us the people doing the work every day  coming together to learn, recharge, and shape the future of childcare in Ohio. It’s a space where providers, advocates, and policymakers can sit at the same table, have honest conversations, and work toward real solutions that support children, families, and the professionals who care for them.

Throughout our time together, participants will earn required Ohio Approved credits through engaging, practical sessions designed to strengthen your work and your programs. We’ll also prioritize wellness and self-care, because caring for others starts with caring for ourselves.

Most importantly, we’ll break down the policies and decisions that impact childcare across Ohio so you can better understand how they shape our industry and how your voice can shape what comes next.

This isn’t just a conference. It’s a chance to connect, grow, and move forward together.

The CEO (Care Economy Organizing) Project is a statewide grassroots organizing project focused on building power with women, who work in the care economy. Our project aims to call on the state to adequately invest in our children and their families' futures. We are united in our belief that every child has a right to access affordable, quality childcare and early education.
