The Micron Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was released to the public on Wednesday, June 25th, and there is currently a 45 day public comment period that is open. This review is a critical time for the community to express our concerns about Micron and ensure the project is done as equitably and sustainably as possible.
We are planning to hold an in person Town Hall in Clay, NY to hear directly from the community and Clay residents in particular as they are the future neighbors of Micron Technology. This Clay Town Hall event will be in person on Wednesday July 2nd, 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Town Hall building in Clay, located at 4401 NY-31, Clay, NY 13041.
