Join Pine Belt Humanists and our friends at Pinebelt Blueways for a Cleanup Paddle on the beautiful Upper Bouie Lake!
Whether you've been a humanist for years or you're simply looking for a welcoming secular community, we'd love to have you join us for an afternoon of paddling, conservation, and conversation.
We'll spend the afternoon enjoying one of the Pine Belt's natural treasures while helping keep it clean for everyone who uses it. This leisurely paddle covers approximately 6.5 miles from Highway 49 to Pep's Point Road. Whether you're an experienced paddler or trying kayaking for the first time, this is a fun way to combine community service, outdoor recreation, and great company.
No kayak? No problem! Pinebelt Blueways will provide solo kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for all participants. They'll also provide all the gear and supplies needed for the cleanup.
Please note: When you RSVP, be sure to select your correct T-shirt size. We'll use that information to determine the appropriate life jacket sizes to bring.
