The additional text reads: 'What Do the Council Climate Action Scorecards Say About Brighton and Hove?'. The other logo is the Mother's Climate Action Network logo, which is in yellow and purple.

Climate Emergency UK, along with the help of over 260 volunteers, created the Council Climate Action Scorecards to measure actual climate action from all UK councils and hold them to account.

We're pleased to host this online event to discuss the scores for Brighton, in collaboration with Brighton and Hove Mother's Climate Action Network - and how we can work collectively to improve local climate action.

What to expect:

  • A short intro to Climate Emergency UK
  • A quick overview of the 2025 Climate Scorecards, focusing on London boroughs
  • A deep dive into Brighton and Hove.
  • How has the borough improved since the 2023 Climate Scorecard assessment?
  • How can you engage with your borough using the scorecards
