Welcome to Climate Cafe! We are friends and neighbors who get together over coffee and talk climate change and what we can do about it together. Our focus is on the social and organizing perspectives: we go to local events, host movie nights, and volunteer with activist groups and mutual aid.

Join us for an outdoor cafe in a backyard in Bushwick. All are encouraged to arrive at 5:00pm for refreshment and mingling. Group conversation will begin at 5:30pm. The themes of this month's discussion session will be eco-anxiety and effective strategies to talk about climate change with friends and family. It's a chill evening of community building and organizing, so bring your own anything, especially your ideas to share! No need for a laptop for this event, but a pen and paper or a phone to take notes are encouraged.
