Climate Changemakers: Parents coming together to take action on the heatwaves

Have the increased heat waves left you feeling helpless and hopeless about the future of our planet? Or do you feel like something’s wrong but you’re not sure our leaders are doing enough? Do you want to take action but have no idea where to start? You are not alone, and we’re here to help.

Join us for an hour of collective action in which we will come together as parents to write to our local MPs about the increasing heat waves we are experiencing and ask them to advocate for more decisive climate action. This is a great opportunity to gather online with fellow parents and take action together in a supportive space.  

Whether you write to your MP every week or you’re completely new to it, you will be welcome. No experience or specialist knowledge is needed as you will be given a document with facts, stats and ideas for how to engage with your MP.
