Join us on Monday for a critical next step for the NJ Climate Superfund Act: a hearing and vote in the Senate Budget Committee!

We've been hearing that the Senate Budget Committee may meet at 2 pm, but nothing is certain until the schedule comes out. If that happens, we'll pivot to holding this lobby day from 11-3. Stay tuned for updates via email!

We're heading back down to Trenton to pack the room for this hearing! We’re still waiting for the hearing time to be set, but with many meetings that day, we’ll have lots to do throughout the day and plenty of opportunities to lobby our legislators. We’ll be inside the State House all day, lobbying outside committees, packing the Senate Budget Committee, and hosting a press gaggle* outside the Senate Budget Committee Room with local elected officials, faith leaders, and advocates!

On Monday, the action – and the press – will be inside the State House all day, so if you’re not sure you can brave the cold, do not fear – we’ll be inside all day!
