Join us in Trenton on Thursday, January 8th for a critical next step for the NJ Climate Superfund Act: a hearing and vote in the Senate Budget Committee! On December 15, Senate Budget Chair Paul Sarlo made a public commitment to hear the bill this Thursday, January 8th, so we're gearing up to pack the room!

The committee hearing begins at noon. We'll gather outside the cmte. room to maintain a big visual presence in support of the bill and talk to legislators as they enter the room. Our bill could be voted on early or it could drag on late into the afternoon. But the most important opportunity for us is to be there at 1130am to call on our legislators to pass the bill our of committee and advance it to the floor without delay.
