Join us on Monday, November 17th at the Trenton Statehouse Annex for the Climate Superfund Day of Action — a statewide call to action demanding that polluters, not taxpayers, pay for the cost of climate disasters.

As storms, floods, and heat waves grow stronger every year, New Jersey communities are footing the bill for damage caused by the biggest corporate polluters. It’s time to flip the script. The Climate Superfund Act would make oil and gas corporations pay their fair share to fund climate resilience projects.

This day of action brings together environmental, labor, and community organizations including Empower New Jersey, Food & Water Watch, Climate Revolution Action Network, GreenFaith, Clean Water Action, Environment New Jersey, Working Families Party, Peoples Organization for Progress, UU Faith Action, Make the Road New Jersey, League of Women Voters NJ, Ironbound Community Corporation, League of Conservation Voters NJ, Sierra Club NJ, Emgage, and Third Act — just to name a few! We're also honored to have a very special guest on November 17th: world-renowned environmentalist and author Bill McKibben will be joining us for our 12PM rally!

Together, we’re standing up for an affordable, resilient future where local communities are protected and corporate polluters are held accountable.

We also have transportation hubs set up coming from Newark, Montclair, Pennsauken, and New Brunswick, so if you want to ride with others, sign up at the links!
