Come join us at City Hall to rally in support of a bill that will transform NYC’s commercial waste industry!

After 6 long years community and worker organizing, Council Member Antonio Reynoso last week introduced a Commercial Waste Zone bill that gets us one step closer to finally reforming the private carting industry in New York City.

This notorious industry is known for paying poverty wages, polluting our environment and endangering our communities! We have to make sure the City Council does the right thing and passes the strongest possible legislation to ensure that workers are treated with respect, that our communities are clean and safe and that our environment is protected.

Join us at City Hall to make sure we can carry this legislation to the finish line! We will rally at 9AM and then go into the hearing at 10AM.
