As the weather gets warmer, primary season is heating up too! Our newly re endorsed SIOs, Senator Jabari Brisport and Assemblymember Phara Souffrant Forrest are  facing competitive primary challenges and our local favorite insurgent, Eon Huntley, is back to try to complete a Bed-Stuy socialist legislative trifecta. But they're all going to need your help!

Our scrappy, people-powered, 100% billionaire free campaigns are made possible, in part, by New York state's public matching funds program. If a candidate receives enough donations from in-district residents, their donations from $5 to $250 will be matched up to 12-to-1 by the state. For example, a $50 in-district donation means that the campaign effectively receives $650!

The fundraising filing deadline that will determine the next round of matching funds disbursement is right around the corner this Thursday March 12th. Join us on the evening on Tuesday March 10th for a phone bank to call our CBK comrades and in-district supporters to get some of those last minute donations in under the wire before the filing deadline. Together we can help Eon, Phara and Jabari max-out this March!

No fundraising experience needed! The call list is all supporters and fellow DSA members, so it should be an easy pitch! All you need is a phone or computer/laptop, and we’ll walk you through the rest.
