Could you be an MP or local councillor?

Our friends in Bristol Green Party have organised an event to learn more and they have invited us to join them. This is particularly relevant for those interested in standing for Parliament in the Bristol North East seat that we share with Bristol but everyone is welcome!

If you rarely see yourself reflected in politics, we want to hear from you. We want our future leaders and changemakers to reflect the diversity of our area, and that begins with you.

👉 You do not need any political experience.

👉 You do not need to be a member.

👉 You just need to care about our local area and Green Party Values.

To learn more, we have an exclusive opportunity to hear from some Green Bristol City Councillors and our Bristol Central MP, Carla Denyer, about what it's like to be a Bristol Green Party politician in Westminster and in City Hall.

You'll find out:

✅ What standing for an election involves

✅ What support and training you'll get along the way

✅ What being a councillor or MP is actually like
