We are facing a mental health crisis in the UK, and particularly in Croydon. People are feeling isolated and unsure where to turn for help.

Be Well hubs are an innovative new solution to this problem. Co-developed by South London Citizens and South London and Maudsley NHS trust, this model trains and equips community organisations to organise regular listening spaces and plug into a wider network for signposting, supervision, and support.

The model is built around Mental Health Champions: members of your institution who receive training on mental health awareness and community organising skills - all fully-funded by the NHS.
