Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s re-election campaign in December will hold a fundraiser at the Columbus Club in New York with celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich.

Tickets for the Dec. 17 event are $10,000 for one and $15,000 for two.

We will host a rally outside the venue to *demand* a Green New Deal for NY that includes -

1. 100% renewable energy now

2. Stopping all fossil fuel infrastructure

3. Public power

4. Taxing the rich to fund a rapid, just transition

12/17 is also the fifth anniversary of the day that New York banned fracking. Yet, we are still expanding infrastructure to import fracked gas from other states, like Pennsylvania. Let's tell Cuomo he can't just outsource fracking and call himself a climate leader—he needs to ban new fossil fuel infrastructure once and for all!
