Whitmire has allowed ICE to terrorize our communities and 15 year old Emmanuel Gonzalez García to be handed to them. Join us to testify at City Hall to testify for or stand in solidarity with immigrant communities under attack.

For months Houston Leads and our Houston DSA Immigrant Justice Campaign have been informing people about HPD collaboration with ICE, talking to affected communities, and building public pressure to make City Council defend immigrants. On Tuesday, November 18th, we are mobilizing to City Council's evening public meetings at 5:30pm to make the voices of immigrants and our demands clear. City Council must limit collaboration, end HPD calling ICE at traffic stops, condemn Avelo, and fund the Houston Immigrant Legal Service Collaborative.
