No DAPL Sacramento invites you to a dinner and a movie fundraiser. Join us on Saturday, Aug 05, 2017 at 6PM for a night of Latin American Indigenous Food – Indio Viejo (Cornmeal dish) and tamales and the documentary AWAKE, A Dream From Standing Rock. AWAKE captures the story of Native-led peaceful resistance that forever changed how we fight for clean water, our environment, and future planet. Funds earned from this event will go towards funding No DAPL Sacramento sponsored nonviolent direct-action trainings and other social justice events.
