SEPTEMBER ORGANIZER TRAINING

We're diving into our September training focusing on decolonized funding mechanisms.

Direct giving is a method that folks or organizations use to send funds or in-kind gifts, including services, directly to the intended individual, group/organization or project.

In a process to support each other, we amplify mutual aid strategies, resources gathering for each other- in decolonized spaces, these strategies are anti-hierarchical and non-direct in reciprocation.

We'll revisit some entry organizing methods, dive into what direct giving, reparations and mutual aid are as fundraising mechanisms, how it defines us, and hopefully get into some activities that move outside the space... and into action.

Our spaces strive to be cost free. We love you and we love your support. Our labor is a labor of love for our people and the birth of a revolution. If you can, please drop some money on us. Also reach out in how you can share the labor! bit.ly/BLMLou
