This prelaunch event will be a chance to prepare ourselves to look awesome and be ready for responsive decision-making during the event given contingencies that will only be known on the day (e.g. police response, rebel numbers etc.) Additionally, it is a chance to reconnect, laugh and support each other in this difficult, beautiful work.

5pm - 7pm Costume making and craft - getting ready to sizzle! Beads, XR Sunglasses, headbands and feathers, sequins and glitter.

Dinner available between 6-7pm (Vegan and gluten-free options included). Tacos and finger foods. Please indicate if you will be coming for dinner so we can cater appropriately.

7pm - 8pm Briefing and role-plays. The first 30 min of the briefing will include a Zoom session so those who can't attend in person can still be briefed. This will run from 7-7:30pm approx. Please RSVP here to attend the Zoom session and you will receive the link via email.

8 - 9:30pm Stayin' Alive dance practice (and free-range boogies!!). Shake out the pre-action tensions and have some laughs with our amazing rebel crew.

Please come along for the whole time or those parts you can make. After the fragmentation and isolation of COVID, we hope this event will provide the buzz and excitement that only an all-in, face to face gathering can.
