Eppler) at the top: one man in a navy suit with a San Francisco skyline behind him and another man in a suit and tie against a dark studio background. Large white text reads, “District 10 Candidate Housing Forum.” Additional text reads, “Brought to you by SF YIMBY. Monday, August 10th, 6:00–7:30 PM. Avalon Dogpatch South Lobby 840 Indiana St, San Francisco, CA.”

Who has the strongest plan to make District 10 more affordable and actually get more homes built?

District 10 will elect a new supervisor on November 3. Join SF YIMBY for a housing forum with Theo Ellington and J.R. Eppler, two of the leading candidates for the seat.

The next supervisor will vote on housing laws across San Francisco and help shape major developments in District 10: how many homes get built, where they go, how quickly plans become homes, and whether growth benefits current residents while making room for future neighbors.

We’ll ask both candidates questions focusing on:

  • How many homes should District 10 add, and where?
  • How will they get more homes built for people at every income level?
  • How will they make the growth of our District support better transit, parks, and neighborhood services?
  • What specific housing action will they prioritize in their first year?

Hear direct answers, compare their commitments, and bring your questions. You don’t need to be a housing-policy expert, just someone who cares about the future of District 10.

Free and open to the public. RSVP and bring a neighbor!
