482Forward's District 2 team - the Central Education Action Team - is hosting a briefing for parents, students, educators and community leaders to introduce you to our new organizer Jimmie Jones and to share our plans with the District 2 families.

We will also update you on our new ballot Initiative Invest In MI Kids and how you can get involved.

Invest in MI Kid's will raise 1.7 billion dollars by raising a 5% tax on individuals who make over 500,000 and couples who make over a million.

We need 7000 volunteers across the state and we're excited to tell you how to get involved!
