Tonight we'll have a quick update about our campaigns to get Seattle Foundation and Starbucks to divest from Seattle Police Foundation and reinvest in BIPOC community organizations. We'll also be talking about a potential change to the mission statement of Divest SPD which may alter the course of the group in future months as well as laying the groundwork for new folks to step into the co-chair roles. Juicy stuff and we hope you can make it whether you've been coming for months or are brand new!
