Now, they're both on the ballot this November and we need all hands on deck to win new tenant protections in the most unaffordable state for renters at the height of an eviction crisis. Measure C
Measure C — spearheaded by DSA Sacramento alongside labor and tenants' rights parters — is a ballot measure that creates protections for tenants by capping yearly rent increases, outlining just-cause eviction protections, and creating a democratically-elected Rent Board to consider rental housing issues.

Proposition 21
Prop. 21 is a statewide ballot initiative that would remove restrictions on expanding rent control in California, allowing cities to cover more buildings and pass new protections like vacancy control to keep housing affordable.

Shifts are 4:30-6:00 p.m. PST and 6:30-8:30 p.m. PST, with a short training at the beginning. Organizers will follow up with you to confirm which shift you will be attending and send you the link to join!
