DSA-LA has teamed up with the National Day Laborers Organizing Network (NDLON) to adopt day laborer and street vendor locations to be on the lookout for ICE attacks. We need volunteers to be at these locations to call in to the Rapid Response Network and film when ICE arrives.
We have adopted five Home Depot locations across the city and have been patrolling for the last couple months. Come volunteer to help us stop ICE and protect our communities.
This training is to go over what you need to do in order to volunteer. We’ll cover the rapid response network, logistics, roles, safety, and best practices.
