Join us on the north side

Meet us at the north side of the Federal Reserve (seen above) on Earth Day, Friday April 22 to demand that the Fed step out of the shadows and choose to be a hero for climate justice!  Since July 2020, the Fed has pumped over $2 trillion into the fossil fuel industry, via the Main Street lending program and other programs. In addition, US banks continued to lend trillions more to the fossil fuel industry. The worst offenders - JP Morgan Chase, CitiBank, WellsFargo, etc. - pretend to be “green” while also continuing to pump money into fossil fuels. We will demand action from Chairman Powell and the Fed Board, and then march to Foggy Bottom Metro to make our voices heard.
