The Constitution is very clear: War powers belong to Congress, not the White House.

We condemn the grotesque acts of war and aggression that Donald Trump and his administration have carried out in the Caribbean. In the early hours, Donald Trump has ordered and carried out a bombing campaign across Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, as well as other major Venezuelan cities, an act of escalation we have strongly advocated against in our past actions.

We know that the average US citizen does not want war with Venezuela and we do not want our friends and family to die in a war for oil.

Trump continues to lie about Venezuela being a narcotics hub in order to justify his war for oil. Venezuela is not trafficking drugs, Venezuela stands for peace and we demand an end to Trump’s criminal attacks and aggression against Venezuela.
