Join our BIG April Action Day - Saturday 4 April 2025!

In May 2026, we will win big in Croydon. With a Green wave sweeping London, we’re ready to build on our record 2022 results, and get even more Green Party councillors elected. To do that, we need your help. Speaking with residents now is how we’ll win more councillors in May, and the more volunteers we have, the more people we can speak to. So now is the time to get involved!

The details:

Morning action – 10:30am to 12:30pm

Meeting point: Ruskin Square outside TAO Cafe, 2A Ruskin Square, Croydon CR0 2WF. This is off Dingwall Road. There will be someone at East Croydon Station to guide you to TAO cafe.

Come along to meet Croydon councillor candidates and other members!

Lunch – 12:45-2:00pm: There's PLENTY of places in Croydon's Town Centre to grab food. If the weather is good, we'll grab some food and have a picnic in Queen's Gardens. Otherwise, we'll find an alternative around George Street. Feel free to wander around, and grab food elsewhere, but come back for 2pm!

Afternoon action – 2:00-4:00pm: Meeting at Queen's Gardens, Park Ln, Croydon CR0 1YJ

Social – 4:00pm onwards: Join us to socialise at a cafe: Earthy Coffee, 31 George St, Croydon CR0 1LB. Join us to have some fun after a day of campaigning.

Come along:

On Saturday 4th April, join Councillors Esther Sutton and Ria Patel, plus candidate Paul Ainscough, as we speak with residents in Fairfield, and deliver the Green message to every doorstep in the ward.

There'll be time to socialise, and meet our Fairfield councillors and candidates, as well as other members and activists!

Whether you’re a seasoned campaigner or this is your first time, there will be plenty to get stuck into, and lots of friendly faces to support you along the way. Training will be provided and we can 'buddy' you up until you feel more confident.

Remember to bring a raincoat and layers just incase, wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle!
