Join us for a screening and discussion of Farha (2021), directed by Darin J. Sallam. This powerful coming-of-age drama follows a teenage Palestinian girl whose dreams of attending university in the city are shattered during the Nakba in 1948. As her village faces Zionist destruction, Farha is hidden away by her father, witnessing the traumatic events that would forever change her life and homeland. Through her eyes, we experience the human cost of the Nakba and the resilience of Palestinian resistance.
