Fire Musk, Save the Planet!

Start: Tuesday, April 22, 2025 4:00 PM

Location:James Murdoch's residence117 E 69th Street, New York, NY 10021 US

James Murdoch sits on Tesla’s board. He knows Tesla CEO Elon Musk is toxic, and dumped $13 million in Tesla stock at the beginning of March. With Tesla’s earnings report due on April 22nd, it’s time he takes further action to remove Musk from Tesla.

Since February, tens of thousands have protested at Tesla showrooms to end Musk’s deadly takeover of the US government. This Earth Day, we’re taking the Tesla Takedown movement — for the first time! — to the doorsteps of a Tesla board member.

Why are planet-loving people protesting an EV company on Earth Day, you might ask?

Because Tesla ranks fifth among companies producing toxic air pollution in the country. Because its factories dump toxic waste into our public waters. Because it's done little to demand environmental standards from the dangerous, abusive mines and processing plants it sources its rare earth minerals from.

And because there's no greater threat to our ability to live rich, dignified lives on a safe, stable planet than the Trump/Musk regime.

They're dismantling the agencies that protect our environment and research our climate.

They're destroying our right to protest and organize for a livable, fascist-free future.

They're storming out of international climate agreements and illegally torpedoing climate laws passed by states to pad Big Oil's pockets.

That's why this Earth Day, we're calling on James Murdoch to take action and fire Musk. Join us for a peaceful, family-friendly picket outside Murdoch’s posh Upper East Side apartment – for the planet and everyone that calls it home.
