This Friday join Greta Thunberg and the climate strike in Charlotte, North Carolina,  12-2pm, at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center.

Bring a friend and bring a sign 'Save the Planet!', 'Declare Climate Emergency!', 'Climate Strike!'.

Please take these steps to link up the thousands of people coming forward in the Carolinas and elsewhere to local FFF groups including to local FFF school groups.

Step 1: Climate strike November 8th will be in Charlotte!  Spread the word and tell your friends now about it because tomorrow is the day.

Step 2: Sign this US Climate Emergency Declaration petition. This allows FFF to connect you with your local FFF team. You will see the signup form on the right hand side of the online petition. FFF works with the US based actionnetwork.org

Step 3: Get your friends to sign the FFF petition. You can download paper copies of the petition here. This can be done at the Friday strikes and elsewhere also. When signing, urge the person to volunteer 'V' or to get more climate information with a 'Yes', in the last column of the petition.

Step 4: Enter the new signees at home into the online petition at FFFs site at this link. On the right side enter those who signed up. Also, scan and email the paper petition to action@fridaysforfutureusa.org. This is also how Fridaysforfuture will get to know you personally, and make sure your group is listed in the FFF ActionNetwork.

Step 5: Also plan a November 29 action in your neighborhood. November 29 is a Friday and is a strike day. Together with friends, sign up your event here. If there is no local FFF group, then build one. You can find helpful materials and information here.
