Seattle DSA is taking on the billionaire class locally through our campaigns to Raise the Wage in Renton, Matthew Mitnick for D4, and more!

In October of last year the chapter voted to hire 2 part time staff to help us maximize our impact and to grow DSA and spread the ideas of socialism. To ensure we can have an impact through these campaigns and take steps toward a Seattle DSA publication, we’ll need to make sure we can afford our staff!

We’ll be phonebanking Seattle DSA members to get to know our members, chat about the campaigns and to give them the opportunity to contribute to the success of the chapter by donating and signing up for local dues. Our experience so far has been that everyone is super friendly and happy to hear from us!  We’ll have a brief training before we hit the phone lines.
