As you may know, Aging in Placers have been partnering with Georgia Tech Professor Ellen Dunham-Jones and her students to explore retrofit options that facilitate aging in place. The interviews with homeowners, site visits, design visualization, and technical reviews are wrapping up.

For this immersive project, our Aging in Placers welcomed students onto their land and opened their homes for exploration, discussion, and analysis. On April 16, it’s “Show Time” when Georgia Tech students present recommendations to their client Aging in Placers. The clients will respond and ask questions, and you will be encouraged to comment in the chat and/or send up emojis.

This is open to all even if you did not participate in the program.
