Targeted ICE enforcement in Montgomery County between August 1st and August 14th, 2026 resulted in hundreds of warrantless abductions of our neighbors and community members resulting in a surge of families that require increased mutual aid. MoCo IRC and our other mutual aid partners have requested that MoCo DSA specifically assist in meeting the needs of young and expectant mother's by helping to provide for their diaper and formula needs.

Over the next 4 weeks, MoCo DSA will be collecting direct financial contributions and donated materials to distribute to MoCo families in need. Our fundraiser/diaper drive will conclude with a final in-person event at The Limerick Pub. While at the Pub, MoCo DSA will be collecting donated items off of our registry, raffling off addition prizes, sharing a pint, and enjoy the games.
