Do you want to make history in Stroud District? We need YOU to be part of our Action Squad to help get our supporters out to vote on May 1st. Without you, Reform could be your next representative.

What will this look like?

1. We will have a list of people who we have previously talked to who said they would vote Green in these elections.

2. What we want to do is remind them to go out and vote - elections can be won or lost by a handful of votes and every vote matters.

3. We need a group of volunteers who are willing to knock on doors and post reminders through letterboxes to get Greens out to vote.

If you have never canvassed before, there will be detailed training and a bit of practice beforehand, and you'll be paired up with an experienced buddy!

This is one of the most effective ways to get people to go and vote Green - your support will absolutely make a real difference here.

Where and When

- We will be in touch closer to the day to tell you where we need you most.

- We can help transport you around and make sure you have everything you need.

- We aim to have people in every division including: Stroud Central, Nailsworth, Stonehouse, Haresfield & Upton, Bisley & Painswick, Minchinhampton, Dursley and Rodborough & Cainscross. If you have a preference for a division, please send us a note!

PS. Turnout in local elections is a lot smaller: every vote matters and you could be the one to get that winning vote for your local County Council candidate!
