Most of us know that the American Rescue Plan, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act have allocated unprecedented funds for state and local governments and nonprofits to carry out critical work that is so often underfunded - or not supported at all.

What many of us don't know is that millions of dollars are still available. In addition to grants, these funds include "direct pay," providing reimbursement for clean energy projects that meet criteria.
