We can stop the suffering and the disruptions to people's lives and our economies due to COVID-19, but we need countries around the world to work together to make that happen. Government leaders should be cooperating on vaccine research and production, on public health and contact tracing, on coordinating medical equipment and supplies. Instead they are pointing fingers, dragging their feet, and hoarding what little supplies they can for themselves.
