This is the first in a series of events and community planning meetings where citizens stop waiting for action from elected officials and authorities and start planning for our own future and the future of our children and grandchildren. Our objective is to talk about:

• the opportunity Montana has after the owners of the Colstrip coal-fired electrical plants decommission them in the next few years,

• our high capacity powerlines that will remain in place for electrical customers on the West Coast, and

• our vast wind and solar resources, which are clean, safe, reliable, and will provide high-paying jobs for Montana’s next generation.

It’s time to make this happen.
