Has it been a minute since you've participated in a consensus-based meeting? Maybe you've been in a consensus meeting and picked up skills on the fly. Either way, you are ready to dive into the deep end of consensus theory and practice.

We will ground ourselves in a brief history of consensus decision-making and its roots in the Reclaiming tradition. We will review the flow of cooperative decision-making. We will review contributions of formal roles: facilitators, scribe, vibes watcher, and time keeper. We'll cover some useful group agreements, tools for reducing stress, and fostering vibrant and creative outcomes. You'll have a chance to participate in a experiential consensus decision-making process.
