We know that to tackle the number of issues seriously, we need to do it with the speed and scale that crises demand. We have a solution and we're eager to win it together. A Youth Climate Corps would be a federal jobs program telling every person under 35: "if you're ready to get to work mitigating emissions, adapting to climate change, and supporting in extreme weather relief, join the YCC. No one will be turned away".
